When John Glenn's voice crackled back to earth on February 20th, 1962, a new era in our relationship with space was ushered in, as the world grasped that we could travel beyond our planet, and the confines of gravity.
Humanity is undergoing another fundamental shift in the way space is accessed and commercialized. Gone is the old thinking that space is the province of governments and multibillion dollar corporations. A new generation of entrepreneurs, alongside aerospace industry veterans, are rapidly leveraging these developments to unlock value in the sky above us, and deliver the true promise of commercial spaceflight.
Guiding Principles
We have a focused set of principles that led to the creation of Tremendous View Capital, and that guide our investment process. We have forged relationships with some of the top aerospace investors and funds, who are leveraging a market opportunity in commercial space that is being likened to the PC revolution, with huge potential upside. This will be realized financially to be sure, however the implications for our understanding and stewardship of earth's systems, our ability to observe compliance with treaties, and the sourcing of materials and energy are far more profound in terms of total return for humanity.
